Deleting your Semper Ed account
Semper Ed accounts are given by your school, so your school closes them. You can ask in two ways.
- In the app or on the website: sign in, open Account (parents and students: the Account tab), then Delete my account. Your request goes straight to your school office.
- By email: write to your school office, or to support@semperfi.uk with your name, your school and your username. We pass it to your school.
What happens next
- Your school closes the account within 30 days. From then you cannot sign in on any device, and the phone app stops sending you notifications.
- Your sign-in details, phone notification addresses and chat access end with the account.
- Records your school must keep by law or for its own work, such as results, report cards, fee payments and registers, stay with the school under its own record-keeping rules. Ask your school about those.
